Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: management of house cleaning activities (normal maintenance, event prep and clean up, and seasonal), inventory management, guest room and guest-house turn-over and preparation, laundry management, manage house cleaning assistant(s) and flex cleaning staff for busier weeks. The successful candidate will have 5+ years housekeeping experience in finer homes, a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities and a passion for maintaining high standards. Previous proven experience in the hospitality sector is a plus. Must work well with other members of the team and treat others with respect. Pleasant working environment in a beautiful setting. Able to maintain confidentiality for all estate, family and visitor information the incumbent will encounter is a must.
