20+ hr/week, independent housing available It is organizing and management job with potential for growth and promotion. Expenses covered (cell phone, etc). Looking for long-term (min 3 months hopefully 8-12 months). NOT cleaning. I have cleaning service independently which you will manage scheduling. I need someone with an eye to organize regular household items (not cleaning), help with selling and/or donating items, help me or lead independently design and decorating, manage organization of bills/payments, reach out to other companies like contractors or plumbers for work for your vision for apartment upgrades, etc. Preference candidates with ability and enthusiasm to walk dog (dachshund) 1x/day.
