Professionalism I prefer someone who has a booking site. I am a business professional running multiple businesses and do not have time to text about availability. Emotional Intelligence If you get into your feelings easily because of a client preference this is not the job for you. Housekeeping We keep the home clean but need someone to assist with maintaining it as we work. We have supplies but are not opposed to you bringing your own. Much of the work will be done downstairs. We have 5 bedroom home but only need 1-2 to be cleaned. Floors We need the floors swept, mopped, and vacuumed. Laundry We need laundry done weekly. Wash, dry, fold, and store.
