About the job

We are recently retired and our basic cleaning keeps the house in pretty good condition. I see the cleaning by the professionals as a "getting me back to baseline". 6 hours has usually been enough (sometimes less) Our home is about 3000 sq feet, however it really is two homes in one. Our basement is set up as its own living area. Upstairs-kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, an office (usually not cleaned by the service) and two bathrooms - (my husband and I) Downstairs-small kitchen, living space, two bedrooms (neither cleaned at this time-one is unused and the other bedroom the tenant doesn't want anyone to enter) and one bathroom... basically the basement needs the living space swept and mopped and the bathroom cleaned. Sometimes the kitchen needs a light cleaning and sometimes a little more - (adult son)
