About the job

The area to be cleaned is the lower level. There was a problem with water coming in when it rained but that has been recently fixed with construction. However, there remains a "damp" smell from the water covering the floor and it just needs a general deep cleaning. There are 2 open spaces which serve as a living room and a den, a third open space which serves as a bedroom and a full bathroom. The floor is tile with rugs and the bathroom floor is plank. The other project is a house with 2 bedrooms, a den and a full bath and kitchen for an elderly woman who just had extensive surgery and this may be an ongoing job depending on how quickly she can recover.
