area needs cleaning: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, stairs & entry mat (about 200-250 sqft) linens are washed on the quick wash or rinse & drain mode. (stains washed out as needed). dusting & sanitizing the bedroom. deodorizing & disinfecting the bathroom. I do have carpet in the bedroom, stairs & entry mat which need to be vacuumed. before & after cleaning, photos are requested. changing out door code. usually takes about 30-45 minutes to finish. I am flexible for the room to be cleaned between hours 10AM-2PM
