I need a housekeeper every other week. For 6 months June through November I will need bed changing, linens and towels washed and general housecleaning. My best guess is about 4 hours. December through May I will need every other week as well but we are not here regularly so the work load of linens and towels, etc will rarely be needed. Those months are to keep the house dusted, look for any spider webs, flush toilets that have not regularly been used, keep things clean for when we may want to come spend a couple days out of season. Those months will probably take a lot less time and the day can be flexible. I will do a background check on anyone I consider hiring. Ability to speak and understand English is important. US Citizenship or a Green Card is necessary. No smoking on the property, inside or out.
