About the job

Westfield home needs Spanish speaker house cleaner 2 x/wk x 3. 5 hrs, and a 3rd shift every 2 wks x 3 hrs. At the beginning it would be on Tuesdays and Thursdays morning, then Tuesdays will be moved to Mondays and Thursdays to Wednesday. Monday or Tuesday: clean the 1st floor w 1/2 bath Wed or Thursday: clean the 2nd floor w 2 baths, 3 BR & laundry room. Friday:clean finished basement w 1 bath, alternating with doing other cleaning needed in the house (ex. Outside, kitchen cabinets, few windows, etc). Every shift: emptying the trash of the whole house, cleaning 2 cat litter boxes, cleaning foyer's stairs, dusting, cleaning mirrors, vacuuming (floor, furniture and air filters), mopping tile floor. Once/month: mopping wood floor & changing/cleaning central vacuum filter. As needed: polish furniture, remove spots from wood floor.
