FT Housekeeper Location: Cambridge, MA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Family would also consider 30-35 hours/week and has some flexibility with the exact schedule, for the right fit. Some flexibility to cover additional shifts if needed is strongly preferred. Duties: Daily housekeeping and house cleaning duties for a large, busy home including tidying, dusting, deep cleaning, dishes, laundry, ironing, making beds and changing linens, and preparing home for guests' arrival/departure. Family has a fully staffed home which includes another Housekeeper and a Household Manager. Requirements: 3+ years of professional Housekeeping experience in large homes as well as a clean criminal record. Ideal candidate is a proactive and professional housekeeper who is also a self-starter, organized, conscientious, flexible to jump in wherever needed, has high standards and takes pride in their work. Must also have a proven ability to be discreet and professional at all times and works well with other staff. Candidate must be able to work while the family is present. Pets: None Driving/Parking: Driving is not required. Parking is available. Travel: None Compensation: $40-50 per hour, depending on experience, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks' paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and a generous stipend for health insurance.
