Small rental property, two small dogs who will be with me. Possible changing of sheets on one bed. Basic dust mop, sweep, vacuum. Have not had Cleaner in numerous years. Need someone reliable, organized, and pleasant. When unavailable I would appreciate a 24 hour notice and I will do the same. I may negotiate and have small additional tasks occasionally.
