About the job

Our home is a small and very old bungalow; 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. My wife and myself, my four young kids, and our two golden retreavers occupy the home. All hard surface floors with 2-3 rugs. Our laundry room is currently being remodeled so nothing is needed in that room at this time. We would like regular weekly cleaning like vacuuming, dusting, mopping. Cleaning fans and vents. Bathroom and kitchen cleaning. Clean and polish dinning room table. Lightly clean sofa. Make beds, empty trash, fold and iron laundry. Also, one deep cleaning task per week. Such as cleaning certain windows, organizing certain closets cabinets or shelves, washing certain walls or baseboards. Deep clean sofa or rugs. We are looking for someone who can follow digital or paper task lists; digital list application may ask for completed photo(s). Has attention to detail and consistent task results. Has nitiative to add finishing touches to certain tasks. Also, willingness to clean an old house that is well-used by a young and loving family. :-) We have available and free parking in the back of the house and also free low-traffic street parking in the front. Regarding pets, we have two golden retreavers that are groomed regularly. They are very gentle and older sisters. Molly and Genni are their names.
