About the job

This house is unfurnished; tenants just moved out. Kitchen appliances need to be cleaned. There is mold under the caulking of kitchen sink that we would like to have cleaned. We will have a floor cleaner come after you, so you would only need to vacuum the areas with LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring. Someone else will wash the tile, travertine, and carpet. The shower in the master bath has been refinished and most cleaning products will ruin the surface. " Pink Stuff" is the product that is recommended and safe for the shower. Do you have that product? Cupboards and cabinets would need cleaning, as well as floorboards, front porch lamp, light fixtures in kitchen, stairway, and master bathroom. Doors and windows need cleaning. Thank you!
