Schedule: Mon-Fri 12-4 p.m. About the Family: This warm and welcoming family of four (two working parents and their children, ages 3 and 6) are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeper/Nanny to join their household. The family lives in Newport Beach and includes a friendly Golden Retriever, so pet-friendly candidates are a must! Both parents work outside the home, and the family values clear communication, reliability, and kindness. About the Role: This is a part-time position with the potential to grow based on the candidate's skillset and availability. The role is primarily housekeeping-focused, with light nanny responsibilities as needed, such as assisting with school pickups or occasional support. Primary Responsibilities Daily housekeeping: tidying, vacuuming, surface cleaning, and organizing Laundry, ironing, and changing bed linens Light errands (e. g., grocery pick-up, dry cleaning) as needed Occasional help with the children, including after-school pickups Being a kind, calm presence in the home Ideal Candidate Is proactive and can anticipate household needs Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized home Communicates clearly and respectfully Feels comfortable engaging with children and supporting the family dynamic Has a reliable car and clean driving record Requirements: Legal to work in the U. S. Prior housekeeping or household nanny experience Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to pass background and reference checks Compensation & Benefits $25-$30/hour DOE (On Payroll) 20 hours/wk guaranteed Annual Discretionary Bonus One Week PTO + Sick Leave Mileage Reimbursement + Monthly Car Cleaning
