My apt is a small 1 berm 1 bath with hardwood/laminates throughout. (Except the closet which youll not need to clean) And the tile bathroom floor has a lot of my hair on it. Under bed needs canceled as does under sofa. The apt is small, a bit less than 700 sq ft. It needs a deep clean. Otherwise not messy. Sheets on bed will already be clean. No dirty dishes.
