Are you trustworthy, loyal, helpful, dependable, cheerful, friendly, courteous, kind, diligent and proud of your work? (Yes, I know that it sounds like a Girl or Boy Scout!) I want A Very Handy Person to provide general household cleaning for a 1300 SF, single story, home monthly and one-time 'light' home maintenance chores monthly. I can provide an exact To Do list of the Monthly Cleaning and Current One-Time tasks that I require. (NO PETS!) I can provide ALL SUPPLIES, TOOLS and TRAINING required. I am a very flexible and very thankful 80-year-old man. (Eagle Scout!)
