The house is an A - Frame on Ossipee Lake on the Freedom side of the lake. We rent it out in the summer and need someone every Saturday between 10:30 - 2:30. We have a living room, 2 bedrooms up and one down, kitchen and a bathroom (shower, no tub). No rugs all laminate floors. Most people bring pets. Leather couch and loveseat, with a cloth recliner in living room. We have a beach so lots of sand.
