Part-time Mothers Helper/housekeeper

I am looking for someone to help me with household duties. I have four children that range in age from 0 to 8 and I'm needing a helper to keep up with regular tasks like folding laundry and putting it away, changing bedsheets, making beds, tidying, cleaning rooms, organizing, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.. The tasks would change depending on the need so I would need someone open to helping out with different things each week. We are Christian and would value someone that shares similar beliefs and values. Three-story home with basement that is an in law suite. Three bedrooms on the top four, two living rooms on the main floor, kitchen on main floor, half bath on main floor two full baths on third floor. Helper would have a good work ethic, be honest, kind, organized, decisive/competent, and diligent. We live in a neighborhood just off of a main road. There is street parking in our neighborhood. We have an outside dog that is a mini Labradoodle. The worker would not come in contact with her unless she walked into the backyard.
