About the job

1) We have a high ceiling in the living room that has a ceiling fan that hasn't been cleaned in at least seven years because it is so high up. 2) We have some organized clutter (papers, storage boxes) in each room and on countertops and tables. Not hoarder level or near that but enough to interfere with me being able to clean regularly. 3) I have a small art studio in a back room that would need vacuuming and dusting of interior window shutters. 4) I work from home and my husband works nights and sleeps during the day. He's usually up by 2pm, so cleaning would need to be done in the late afternoon. 5) We have a very nice but heavy Kirby vacuum with various attachments.
