Hello, I expect to close on June 23rd, 2025. The house is a fixer-upper that will require deep cleaning it is livable with no hazards that I have found. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom. I have a basement that shouldn't need too much, along with a garage that. I'm unsure of its condition on the 23rd due to tenants being evicted, but I will provide you with an update once I know more. I have one bunny, so I would prefer pet-friendly cleaning products.
