Small Felton studio needs a part-time house cleaner. Ideal match will meet the following requirements: You can provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment, or you can use resident's supplies and equipment (will purchase supplies that you specify). Cleaning bathroom, kitchen, and general room; changing bed linens; taking garbage and recycling out to containers in parking lot. Resident is an elderly disabled man, retired teacher and psychologist. Has a cat who usually hides but sometimes comes out to be petted.
