About the job

Looking for a independent housecleaner or team of two to clean a residential home in Fair Oaks every other week. ***Please do not reply to me if you are working with an agency*** Looking for 4 manhours every other week to clean our 4 bed, 3 bath home in Fair Oaks. We have a Golden Retriever and two children. We keep the home tidy and clean up clutter prior to your arrival. For the past 4 years in this house, we have determined that 4 manhours every two weeks is an appropriate amount of time for this job. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT CLEANERS WHO AGREE TO WORK PRODUCTIVELY FOR THE ENTIRE AGREED TIME (4 manhours for one person, or 2 hours for 2 people). We will not work with a anyone that uses a "per job" structure.
