Were a busy, loving family looking for a full-time nanny who shares our values: fresh air, child-led exploration, and nurturing the emotional and physical resilience of young kids. We have two active, curious boys (ages 1 and 2. 5), and were looking for someone who sees childhood as a muddy, magical, and meaningful adventure. The right person will: -Have a calm, confident presence that fosters growth and well-being -Encourage outdoor play in all weather -bug hunting, puddle stomping, and balancing on logs are a plus -Be comfortable with light housekeeping related to the kids (laundry, tidying, simple meals) -Bring experience with infants and toddlers; bonus if familiar with RIE, Montessori, or forest school principles Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am4:00pm, with up to 5 hours/week of paid overtime.
