Our family is looking for an experienced nanny for our two sweet, smart, & energetic boys (5 and 3 yrs old). In addition to genuinely loving being with kids, this individual must communicate well with both the children and parents, and be trustworthy, reliable. It is essential that our nanny always exhibit patience with a warm and approachable demeanor - but also have an energetic and upbeat/positive attitude. Remaining highly engaged with the boys throughout the day is key - balancing physical activities, art projects, music/singing, reading books, preschool work, outside play, cooking, and other creative games. Regular trips to the park & library are great, plus an occasional "adventure" (zoo, museums, etc.). We want to establish a long-term relationship with our new nanny and consider this individual a true extension of our family.
