First and foremost we want to build a relationship with a nanny who is willing to get to know us as much as our baby. They should be punctual; they should have a calming yet bubbly demeanor; they should want to follow our daily agenda; they should be caring, nurturing, patient, understanding; have experience and good communication skills; we want a nanny to read to our child and do activities. Nap times are important. There will be a parent in the house during the entire shift but will be focused on working from home. We will provide snacks, food and lunch.
