We're two friendly families in Madison looking for a full-time nanny to care for our three boys (15 months, 3 years, and 4 years) in a nanny-share setup. The kids are joyful, easy-going, and on a similar schedule. They love books, trucks, crafts, library time, and being outdoors every day. Our ideal candidate would have experience with toddlers & multiple children; be reliable, communicative & punctual; value learning through play and emotional development; enjoys outdoor time in all weather, and have long-term availability. Benefits include paid holidays and vacation. Full-time schedule M-Thursday, with 3 days/week with all 3 boys and 1 day a week with just one child.
