About the job
I want someone who will watch my kids over the summer 2-3 days a week. Who will also help them with math, reading and keeping them entertained. You might also have to take them to baseball/softball practice or swim lessons. My kids are very outdoorsy and into sports. My daughter loves babies and imagination play.
