About the job

Our goal is to secure a dedicated Household Assistant/Nanny who will ensure the daily cleanliness and organization of our home. This person will ensure that the parents and the children consistently return to a tidy and organized space with all necessary items readily available. Part of this role involves actively engaging the children in keeping the place (somewhat) clean/tidy. We seek an individual who is proactive, productive, and committed to fostering a safe, joyful, and interactive environment for our children, prioritizing their well-being and engagement over passive downtime. The assistant will work under the supervision of a previously hired household manager who used to have this role. Two of the kids are foster kids and the caregiver will need to pass a background check and register with DCYF.
