We're a warm, entrepreneurial family with five children (ages 2-10) seeking a kind, dependable, and proactive Family Assistant. This role supports our homeschool and home rhythms more than a nanny or housekeeper, its about creating space for meaningful family time and work-life balance. Responsibilities include supervising young children, light chores, educational support, errands, driving to activities, and occasional overnights. Ideal candidates are joyful, calm, aligned with Christian values, and experienced in home-based roles. Hours: Weekdays 9am-2 p.m. or 12pm-4pm, occasional evenings and overnights (6-8/year) Pay: $30/hr, $40K-$45K/year with PTO, bonuses, wellness stipend, mileage reimbursement
