About the job

My husband and I both work (I work from home). We (will) have four lovely children - 6, 4, 2, and infant. Aug 25 to Jan 26 I will be on Maternity leave with our youngest, so it will be three kids care up until infant is 7 to 8months old. In the past we have had full-time nannies (5d/wk) or 2 part time nannies to complete the 5d a week need. We are open to either option. Our oldest will be going to school 5days a week and next oldest 3days a week. Thus, we require some driving for the job (we provide vehicle). When we employ caretakers we seek to hear them out, be flexible to accommodate their needs & desires and in the past that has helped build long-term relationships between our caretaker and our family.
