About the job

Our almost 3yr old son loves to play outside or with his train tracks. He also likes hide and seek and chasing games, reading books, blowing bubbles, and going in the hot tub, which we turn down to a pool-like temperature in the summer. He is still in diapers, but were hoping to potty train him soon. Were looking for a caregiver who is warm, patient, and ideally experienced with children on the autism spectrum, or at least open to learning and receptive to feedback. Our son does best with someone who gets down on his level, follows his lead, and joins in the activities he invents, while also bringing in fun new ideas and games to keep him engaged. Someone whos playful, responsive, and truly present would be a great match for him.
