We're looking for a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver to support our joyful 10-year-old daughter with special needs. She is a resilient and fun-loving girl who will truly brighten your life. This role includes assisting her with daily living skills, gently reinforcing her toileting routine and hydration reminders, and supporting her developmental goals. Activities include reading books, coloring, swinging, engaging with toys, and allowing for sensory breaks. Ideal Qualifications: -Experience with children with developmental or special needs (or a genuine desire to learn) -High level of patience, empathy, and consistency -Reliable, communicative, and supportive of our family's goals for her growth. -Comfortable with flexible routines and structured downtime We're excited to welcome someone who will value and enjoy our daughter's unique spirit.
