About the job

We are two families in need of indefinite care for our1-year-olds as we await the opening of their preschool classrooms (expected between September 2025-2026). This care share would be located in Lynnwood near the aquatic center and the hours would be 7:00am-4:30 p.m. (with some variability depending on traffic). A very friendly golden retriever would be your assistant. Our families are passionate about child-driven learning, and encouraging exploration of the natural world. It is important to us that our children spend time outside every day rain or shine. The perfect fit will give children the time and space to navigate tasks and emotions on their terms with guidance/narration to build independence and give them autonomy in their experience. The right caregiver will be communicative and open to collaboration towards these goals.
