About the job

Hello! We are searching for an experienced nanny who can help take care of our 3-month-old baby girl. We are based in Indianola, WA. The ideal nanny will have experience taking care of newborns/babies, especially those that are more high-needs. Our little girl struggles to sleep and take naps (working on it!) and is overstimulated easily. It would be great to have someone who follows the designated wake windows and supports our baby in falling asleep for naps. This is our biggest struggle right now.
