We are a WFH couple seeking a reliable, loving and attentive babysitter for our 2-year-old daughter. Our parenting style is inspired by the Montessori approach, focusing on providing a nurturing and safe environment that allows her to explore and learn independently. We need someone who can look after our daughter from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. while we work from home. We want someone who can engage her with age-appropriate activities, respecting her freedom to explore and play. - Ensure her safety while allowing her to explore her environment - Communicate with us if she needs our attention, as we will be available and nearby. - Respect our parenting style, which does not include strict schedules or restrictions.
