About the job

We are seeking a nurturing, reliable, and energetic nanny to care for our daughter, who will be 6 months old at the start of care. I work from home full-time and am looking for someone who can provide attentive, play-based care with minimal screen time. We are open to having two part time nannys as well. Our ideal nanny(s) will: - Engage in age-appropriate play (reading, singing, tummy time, sensory play) - Avoid screen time (we are a low/no-screen household) -Prioritize developmentally enriching interaction over passive activities -Be attentive, communicative, and affectionate -Follow a gentle, baby-led rhythm for naps and feeding -Be comfortable with me working from home (Ill give you space!)
