About the job

We are looking for a loving caregiver to come into our home 4 days a week and care for our 1-year-old daughter. My husband and I both work from home so we are available in case of emergency and usually able to visit during lunch etc. Schedule is 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tues-Fri. Ideally we would love to hire someone who can also help with light housekeeping - mostly just cleaning up after our daughter. We need someone who can help us keep rules/boundaries consistent for her, and who will encourage her curiosity and development. Looking for someone who is able to care for our daughter long-term, not just for the summer.
