About the job

We are looking to avoid daycare immediately as we want our daughter to have more 1 on 1 time. Shes due in September and I am looking to head back to work in January. Might need some overlap time before I go back full time. My husband works from home on and off if hes not out at claims so he will be home on occasions but working in the office. I work M-TH out in Blacksburg and Im home on Fridays. We have 4 dogs and 4 cats so we would need someone who is comfortable around animals. We arent necessarily looking for cleaning around the house, but occasionally letting the dogs go outside in our fenced in backyard would be ideal. She will be 3-4 months old so tummy time, stretching, feeds, high contrast flash cards, toy interaction, lots of naps and no screens.
