About the job

Mon-Fri. 4 morning hours. Alternating start times preferred-flexible on which days we utilize another childcare service to exercise in the mornings. I have two boys: 4 y/o and 1. 5 y/o. Energy, humor, reliability/punctuality, and independence are necessary! My husband and I both work from home, and we have two dogs home as well. The 4 y/o will return to preschool in Sept. but he will be home for federal holidays and winter break. Someone who loves being active and outside will do well with our boys! The right candidate will be engaging and create positive, genuine relationships. We have an overall flexible approach but embrace structure from experienced caregivers, and are happy to collaborate on planned activities, etc. We would love someone who is aware of speech-development methods as our youngest learns to talk.
