About the job

Hi! We are just browsing for now, as I won't be returning to work until the fall of 2026. We have three kids (one girl and two boys), and are expecting our fourth this December. Our oldest is 8 and will be in school while I am at work, and will not require care. Our second attends preschool nearby from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. each day of the school week. The youngest and our expected fourth will need care from about 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Our youngest (and expected fourth) will need morning and afternoon care from about 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. when I leave work. Their daily routine is super simple: an AM snack, playtime, an AM nap, playtime, lunch, a PM nap, and additional playtime afterward. Our neighborhood is super walkable with a playground that the kids love to visit, too. They do not have any allergies or complex medical needs that require specific care.
