About the job

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic individual to provide one-on-one support to an 11-year-old child with Autism and ADHD (non-verbal) during the summer. This role includes accompanying the child to summer camps, therapies, and offering support within the home. The ideal candidate will blend structure with flexibility, offering guidance and inclusion while respecting the child's need for spontaneous social interactions. -Provide 1:1 assistance to facilitate the child's successful participation in summer programs and therapy sessions -Support integration into group activities -Experience with special needs, Autism, or ADHD -Familiarity with ABA therapy -Desired students or professionals in fields such as Special Education, OT, & Speech Pathology -Must have own car and clean driving record
