Were seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver for my 17-year-old son with Autism. He is sweet but can have behavioral challenges, so were looking for someone experienced, patient, and calm under pressure. Experience with crisis intervention or behavioral support is a big plus. May be able to offer flexibility with schedule. M-F Occasional Saturdays Responsibilities: Assistance with daily living skills (bathing, dressing, meals, hygiene) Supervision and companionship Behavioral support and redirection Light housekeeping related to his care Occasional help with outings and appointments Ideal Candidate: Experience with Autism and behavioral needs required Calm, consistent, and dependable CPR/First Aid certified preferred Must have reliable transportation Able to work independently and as part of a support team
