V. Smart teens all the same age who have activities all summer. They need structure in the day and rides and someone to guide them to clean up and do things and summer classes. More similar to adult carer than child minder. I work very long hours after 15 years of being a WFH/sahm. Kids are used to being guided into activities and chatting so my being at work has them sitting a lot. There is flex on hours activities and pay. I will pay for tickets to outings and reimburse mileage. My kids are not LDS and not religious. If you believe that the BYU code is just fine to decide that prohibiting queer students from kissing or holding hands is religious freedom, then feel free to keep in your own lane.
