Part-time care of a girl and a boy from unrelated families. Care would most likely be every day, and would be in the home of one of the families, with the father of that family working hybrid at home and in office. We currently plan on five days per week, four hours per day; however we may need to adjust that to a model like four days per week with one of the days being full time. Nanny would need to prep snacks and small meals, and likely prepare a bottle for the younger child. The children have nap times that do not currently perfectly correspond, so much of the time would likely be with one child at a time, hopefully being able to keep the awake child relatively quiet so the other can nap. The older, the girl, is old enough to have strong personal preferences and loves books, soccer, music, being outside, and exploring.
