About the job

L is almost 5 and has profound autism. Shes a sweet, very musical and happy girl. She usually has a lot of energy and is stimming all the time. While technically not non-verbal, she uses gestalt language and it can sometimes be a challenge to understand what she needs. A is a toddler who is very adventurous and LOVES to climb, she also has moments where she just wants you to read her a book and have a snuggle. Unfortunately, A is very curious and wants to play with her big sister all the time but L is very independent and prefers to play on her own. Most of the time I just need a few hours in the day to myself or to tidy up the house, laundry etc. Sometimes I can get stuff done with just L but A needs constant attention.
