About the job

We're looking for someone to help out 4-8 hours a week with our two kids (5 years old and almost 1). We're hoping for a long-term arrangement. Our current needs are Tuesdays from 3-7 PM, plus another 4-hour shift either Friday evening or sometime over the weekend - theres a little flexibility on the second shift. One parent will always be home working remotely, but we want to give you space to take the lead. Our older kid is super energetic and inquisitive, so we're looking for someone who enjoys keeping up with a busy, curious mind whether that's playing, crafting, or heading to the playground. Theres a neighborhood pool you're welcome to use in the summer. Most of your time would be with the 5-year-old, with some baby help on occasion. We also have two older dogs (one big, one small), so being comfortable with dogs is important.
