Looking for a nanny for my baby girl. I have a hybrid work schedule so days I work from home will be flexible hours. Days my husband and I are at the office will be 8/9am-4/5 p.m. Looking for someone who will genuinely love our baby and be around long term. We are low on budget but very nervous about day care.
