About the job
We are looking for an experienced nanny for our 3-month-old son. Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Pay: We will pay a base hourly rate for the first 40 hours and an overtime rate (1. 5x the base rate) for all time worked over 40 hours. Payment will be made weekly. Taxes: We will pay all required employer-side taxes. We will withhold employee share of taxes as required by the IRS. Nanny will be responsible for paying employee-side taxes. Vacation and sick days: 10 paid personal days that can be used at nanny's election for vacation, sick days, etc. plus the following paid holidays: New Years Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Eve; and Christmas Day In application, please describe prior experience as fulltime nanny. Valid driver's license, CPR cert, vaccines, and references required.
