Infant Nanny Daily Routine (4 Months Old) Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. 7:30 a.m. Arrival & Morning Check-In Greet baby and check in with parents Review babys overnight sleep, feeding, and mood Wash hands and prep bottles if needed Light morning tidy-up of nursery and baby supplies 8:30 a.m. Morning Feeding Bottle feeding (typically every 34 hours) Burp and hold upright after feeding Diaper check/change 9:00 a.m. Awake Time / Tummy Time Tummy time on mat or blanket Gentle play (soft toys, mirrors, rattles) Talk, sing, and engage with baby to support development Read a short board book 9:45 a.m. Nap #1 (Morning Nap) Begin nap routine: diaper change, swaddle/sleep sack, white noise, dim lights Place baby in crib drowsy but awake (if possible) Typical nap duration: 4
