Seeking an experienced, active nanny for 2 wonderful children interested in becoming a member of the family long term. Requirements include professional experience nannying for infants & toddlers simultaneously and mutual value of creative play over screen time entertainment. Our work schedules vary greatly from day to day and occasionally work emergencies with little notice can arise, so the hourly pay rate will reflect that to ensure candidate is adequately compensated for very flexible hours and reliability. Before relocating, we were using a 2-nanny model to split the week given the long hours and would consider something similar if preferred. Vacation/personal off time to be aligned with our planned vacation weeks. Benefits included. Start date flexible.
