About the job

Hi! I am looking for some childcare for my 7-year-old. She is autistic, so experience with kids on the spectrum is a must. Keep in mind that she can get overwhelmed by loud noises so please be patient with her while she gets used to you. That being said, she is very independent she uses the restroom by herself and asks for things that she needs and she is pretty good about self regulation when prompted. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week I'm in office. The role is really just about taking care of her basic needs while I'm working, so food, playing outside, making sure that she helps you clean up her stuff, that kind of thing. I would prefer that she not have any screen time during the week, it tends to get her deregulated and can make it harder for her to transition to other tasks
